We built a custom mobile app that made the booking experience a joy for their users and a web app to manage it all, replacing an old set of tools that were outdated and frustrating.

Discovery

We ran workshops with the team to understand what they wanted to achieve and what problems were getting in the way. We talked to their customers to find out what was stopping them from booking and what frustrated them about the current system. Then we observed staff wrestle with their existing systems to see where the real frustrations were.

This gave us a clear picture of what needed to be built.

Delivery

We built a mobile app for iOS and Android, plus a web dashboard to manage it all. AI-powered development meant we could move fast and keep costs down.

We tested with real users and staff throughout development, making sure we were building the right thing, not just building things right.

The Result

The Pearl Exchange now has tools that do the job. Their old disconnected systems are gone, replaced by one clean admin dashboard. Their customers get a booking experience that actually works for them.
